Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Pam Keys sells downloadable digital sheet music. No physical product is shipped and no shipping charge is added.
Delivery
Purchased music is normally available immediately after successful payment through the purchaser's Pam Keys account and purchase-completion page. A receipt and access information are provided as part of checkout. If a file does not become available, contact us and we will restore access or correct the delivery problem.
Refunds
Because digital sheet music cannot be returned after it has been accessed or downloaded, completed purchases are generally final. We will provide a replacement, correction, or refund when required by law or when a purchase is duplicated, materially defective, or not delivered as described.
Requesting help
Use the Pam Keys contact form promptly and include the purchaser's email address, the title of the arrangement, and a description of the problem. We review each request individually and will respond with the appropriate correction, replacement, or refund decision.
